Tumushuke 200 Thousand Spindles Spinning Mill Construction Project

I. Background:
For Tumushuke City, the valid cumulative temperature is high, frostless season is long ( 225 days), the whole year sunshine hours are 2500－3000, the rate of sunshine is 80%. The abundant sunshine and heat resources are advantage to multi - types quality cotton production, it is the good cotton planting area; at the same time, the land resources are abundant, the quality of soil is suitable for cotton growing. Averaged yield of staple cotton in Xinjiang Tumushuke City area under administration is high, and the quality of cotton is good, the first grade and second grade cotton occupy above 90%, which are quality raw materials for fine spinning high counts yarn. The lint output of Tumushuke City is 2.1 million piculs. Of which: staple cotton 19.2 thousand tons.
The project has finished the feasibility study report.
II. Construction Contents:
It is planned to build 200 thousand spindles scale spinning mill by stages.
III. Total Investment:
About 600 million yuan. To invest by stages, the first stage scale is 50 thousand spindles, the investment is 100 —150 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
For 70 thousand spindles, the profit ratio of investment is about 17%.
