I. Background:
Wujiaqu city of the 6th Agriculture Division is one the major cotton production bases of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, with the opportunity of the West Development, the Wujiaqu City of the 6th Agriculture Division makes readjusting industrial structure, developing textile industry with great effort, enhancing products' technology content, and makes products getting into upper grades and levels as key points of development. The annual cotton yarn output of the Wujiaqu Qin Lake Textile Co., Ltd is 14 thousand tons, together with the cotton yarn of the periphery markets, the material supply is sufficient. The project will introduce foreign advanced bobbin dyeing, shuttleless loom etc the sophisticated equipments, to produce top grade exported fabric materials, the product positioning is coinciding with the development tendency of "wide width, lightness, thin, and coolness" fabric material in the domestic and international markets, the market prospects are very good.
II. Construction Contents:
100 units of colored woven air-jet looms (with Width 1900 millimeters), the cone dyeing 200 tons per year, textile fabrics post trimming 11 million meters per year.
III. Total Investment:
160.44 million yuan. Of which the fixed investment 106.44 million yuan, the liquid fund 54 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
The annual sales revenue 125 million yuan, to create annual profit and tax 62.22 million yuan. The investment recovery period is 4 years.
