10 Million Meters Jean Cloth Production Line Construction Project

I. Background:
The project is with producing environment protection type jean cloth as main, the products can be directly supplied to costume production enterprises. The project has relatively high technology content, which is advantage for products participating market competition, and enhancing economic benefit of enterprise.
The Kuitun area has several decades years of cotton textile development experience, the textile equipments are relatively advanced, of many years, the spun and produced cotton yarn is deeply accepted by the weaving industries along sea coasts, at the present time, the annual output for various types of cotton yarns is about 50000 tons, which can absolutely satisfy the raw material demand of the project.
The project has finished the feasibility study report.
II. Construction Contents:
The total covered area of the mill is 32400 square meters, to introduce one bunchiness yarn dyeing production line, 150 units of rapier looms, and one pre-shrinking production line.
III. Total Investment:
107.64 million yuan. Of which the fixed investment 72.64 million yuan, the liquid fund 35 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
The profit ratio of investment is 17.05%, profit and tax investment ratio is 25.29%. And the investment recovery period is 5.12 years.
