500 Tons per Day Dairy Products Construction Project

I. Background:
The project area has rich pasture industry resources, the livestock husbandry develops rapidly, and there has been a breeding base for 100 thousand milch cows. The dairy industry development will bring along development for livestock husbandry and pasture industry, and change dietary pattern of cities’ and township's residents.
II. Construction Contents:
To build 1 seat of modern dairy processing plant in the Alaer City, with processing capacity of 500 tons of fresh milk per day, of which, the cheese processing capacity is 300 tons of fresh milk per day, the powdered milk processing capacity is 200 tons of fresh milk per day.
III. Total Investment:
195 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
After reaching design output, the annual value of production is 546 million yuan, annual profit and tax is 65.02 million yuan, after-tax profit is 48.76 million yuan; investment recovery period is 4 years, profit ratio of investment is 23%, and profit and tax investment ratio is 43%.
