II. Construction Contents:
To build 200 thousand tons of PVC integrated project, after the project being completed, it can form capacity of commercial polyvinyl chloride 200 thousand tons, liquid alkali 58 thousand tons, piece alkali and granule alkali 100 thousand tons, hydrochloric acid 36 thousand tons, sodium hypochlorite 3.6 thousand tons. The project construction term of years is year from 2006 to 2008.

14.9566 billion yuan.

As a whole, with financial evaluation indices based on comprehensive prices levels of the recent five years' products and raw materials, the project economical benefits indicators are relatively good. For the social benefits, after the project being built up, it can provide employment posts for 4000 persons for the whole society, the total traffic volume is 8 million tons, at the same time, it can also bring along instant development for the relevant industries of coal mines, limestone mines, and as well as building industry, equipment manufacture industry, and electric power industries.
