For the Yili prefecture, the resources extent of coal, limestone, hard coke, electric power and water etc are abundant, and the prices are low, qualities are high, to make them being transformed into high added value products has wide prospect. At the present time, the Nangang Group Company has had production capacity of 1.7 million tons of cement and 200 thousand tons of calcium carbide per year, the project construction foundation is solidity.
The project has finished the feasibility study report.
II. Construction Contents:
4 × 50MW self-provided thermal power station；annual output calcium carbide 320 thousand tons, 98% vitriol oil 228 thousand tons, potassium sulfate chemical fertilizer 400 thousand tons, carbide slag cement clinker 264 thousand tons, and polyvinyl chloride resin 200 thousand tons manufacturing plants etc.
III. Total Investment:
29.8818 billion yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
The annual profit after tax is 360.46 million yuan, and the investment recovery period is 8.29 years.
