The Xiyuan Company has engaged in the steel structure industry for many years, accumulated relatively extensive experience, and has undertaken large numbers of major projects of the State, Autonomous Region, Corps, and Urumqi City in Xinjiang, and several projects were appraised as good works. The steel structure manufacture project can not only enhance economic benefit of enterprise, but also it can improve industrial structure, increase industrial output value, and furthermore the market prospect is good, to invest the project is necessary.
This project plans to be built in Toutunhe industrial park of Urumqi City, the support basic facilities of this district are complete, the land supply is sufficient, and geographic position has advantage.
II. Construction Contents:
The covered area of the project is 109 mus, it is to build 2 seats of main workshops with building area 20000 square meters, one seat of painting and dressing workshop with building area 3000 square meters.
The project is designed to manufacture various types of primary and secondary steel structure products 28000 tons per year, colored steel plate 1 million square meters, steel plate as floor support 300 thousand square meters, which will make the company become the steel structure enterprise with largest scale and strongest strength in Xinjiang.
III. Total Investment:
66.36 million yuan. Of which the fixed investment 41.36 million yuan, the liquid fund 25 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
The annual profit is 9.33 million yuan, profit ratio of investment is 18.16%,financial internal rate of return is 27.4%,and investment recovery period（not including construction period） is 3.45 years.
