The severe degree of the electric power short contradiction of the project area is increasing day by day in the agriculture irrigation peak load conditions, and has already affected the instant development of local economy gradually, according to the requirements of the "11th-five-year" planning of the 5th Agriculture Division, to make the most use of the abundant wind energy resource of the Alashankou wind flow district, it is determined that the Xinjiang Sailimu electric Industry Co., Ltd build a seat of 200 thousand kw wind electric power generation field at the Alashankou.
The project has finished the feasibility study report.
II. Construction Contents:
To build 56×600KW+8×750KW electric generating set, the installed capacity is 40 thousand KW.
III. Total Investment:
381.4255 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
After the project being built-up and put into production, the annual electric power generation is 105.2 million kWh, the profit after tax is 127.64 million yuan, the investment recovery period is 12.4 years.
Based on the power rate being 0.545 yuan/kwh, the internal rate of return for total investment is 8.01％,the investment recovery period is 10.05 years.
