The fairy stone valley scenic spot is located in the north mountainous area within the boundary of 84th Regiment, Bole City, Xinjiang, the covered area is 230 square kilometers, bordering on Kazakhstan in north and Mierqike Grassland scenic spot in west, 26 kilometers northeast away to Alashankou, 36 kilometers away to the largest salt water lake of Xinjiang the Aibi Lake, and 38 kilometers south away to Bole City. The third class highways of the scenic spot are connected with the "Kui (Kuitun)-Sai (Sailimu)" first-class road and No. 312 national highway, the traffic network is good. In 1997, the scenic spot was approved as Autonomous Region grade landscape scenic spot district by the people's government of Autonomous Region, in 2001, was appraised as Class A tourism scenic spot by Autonomous Region. The Three Days Travel For Urumqi - Alashankou - Fairy Stone Valley - Thermal Spring - Sailimu Lake has been brought into Overall Tourism Planning for "Five Districts, Three Lines" of Autonomous Region.
The granite stones in the scenic spot are well-known far and near due to their grotesque shape, are one of huge fairy stone groups of our country; the vegetation cover are more than 140 species, of which, there are more than 40 species having relatively high viewing and admiring value; there are several decades of Turki tumulus dispersed over three places, the oldest tumuli is about 1300-1400 years ago.

II. Construction Contents:
The total planning area is 64.67 square kilometers, of which: the planning area for the core scenic spot－fairy stone landscape viewing and admiring district is 37 square kilometers, including scenic overlooks platform and wooden bridge etc; the planning area for the grassland vegetation viewing and admiring district is 1.55 square kilometers; the planning area for leisure sport district is 10.7 square kilometers, including one dragon pool and walk stone steps ; the planning area for grassland culture showing district is 9.86 square kilometers, with an exhibition hall 300 square meters; the planning area for national defense education activities is 1.45 square kilometers, with an exhibition hall 500 square meters; the planning area for central service district is 4.11 square kilometers, including scenic spot gate, parking lots, service station, and hotel etc, plan plane product 9.86 square kilometer,300 square Meter.
