I. Background:

The Kuitun Railway Station is the first marshalling stations of the second Eurasia continental bridge entering into Chinese boundary from west, the Kui (Kuitun)-A (Afghanistan) railway has been determined to build railway station at the Tianbei New District at the present. Relying on highways and railways, through Huoerguosi, Baketu, and Alashankou etc the top eight northwest ports of Xinjiang, it can enter into Central Asia, Russia and Europe markets in westward, and can reach inland and as well as coastal region markets in eastward. The Kuitun Tianbei New District and as well as radial region have abound resources, within the district, the total cotton output is above 200 thousand tons, the total tomato output exceeds 1 million tons, the Dushanzi District abutting Kuitun is building 10 million tons oil refining project and 1.22 million tons olefiant gas project, the cotton spinning, subsidiary agricultural products processing, building materials, agricultural machinery manufacture, steel, and chemical industry etc in the " golden triangle " area are gradually forming the industries advantages.
II. Construction Contents:
The total planned logistic district land use is 55.6 hectare, it is to build large type of logistic allocation and delivery center for agriculture machinery, agriculture materials, building materials, subsidiary agricultural products, livestock products and as well as melon and fruits, and vegetable.

112.5 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
The profit ratio of investment is 17.2%, and the investment recovery period is 5.82 years.
