I. Background:
The "Kunlun Mountain" brand series red Chinese date produced by the Hetian Kunlun Mountain Chinese Date Industry Co., Ltd may be called the "First Chinese Date of China". In 2005, at the 12th China Yongling Agriculture High-tech Achievements Exhibitions, the "Kunlun Mountain" tribute Chinese date was awarded the highest prize "Special Houji (God of Agriculture) Prize", the "Kunlun Mountain" longevity Chinese date, "Kunlun Mountain" jade Chinese date, and "Kunlun Mountain" elixir Chinese date were awarded "Houji (God of Agriculture) Prize" respectively. At the present, the planning area for red Chinese date of the 14th Agriculture Division is 180 thousand mus, the planting area reaches 100 thousand mus, in 2007 the output reaches 20 thousand tons, of which, the fresh Chinese date is 5000 tons; up to 2010, the red Chinese date of the 14th Agriculture Division will enter into full productive period, reaching 80～100 thousand tons, of which, the fresh Chinese date is 10000 tons.
II. Construction Contents:
To build one seat of 1000 - 1200 tons refrigerated warehouse, annual storage fresh tribute Chinese date 1000 tons; to build production line of annual output 3420 tons dried red Chinese date and its supporting facilities.
III. Total Investment:
41.63 million yuan.
IV. Benefit Estimation:
The financial internal rate of return before tax is 37.29%, that after income tax is 26.15%; investment financial net present value before income tax is 15.82 million yuan, that after income tax is 9.21 million yuan；the investment recovery period before income tax is 3.81 years, that after income tax is 4.78 years.
