Kazakh cheese is the unique feature food in Kazakh residential areas of Xinjiang, it is with milk, sheep's milk, and camel's milk as main raw materials, and is produced out after being processed with cryoconcentration ferment, which removes large volume of water content in milk, and keeps the essence parts with extremely high nutritive value, its nutrient composition can be easily digested and absorbed by human body. It can be made into more than 600 kinds of products, with relatively long shelf life, there has no like products in domestic markets. At the present time, the cheese series foods are mainly the imported raw material packing sales, there are no producing plants with relative large scales.

To produce and process fresh milk 18000 tons and produce cheese 1800 tons per year.

The annual sales revenue is 36 million yuan, profit is 6.3 million yuan, investment recovery period is 4.8 years, and the profit ratio of investment is 21%.
