UFETF accepts applications of enterprise from March 1 to June 30. Participants should submit application to local trade group or the office of UFETF directly, filling in “application form for attending fair”(with reference to “detailed category of products for fair ”) and giving precise information wholly for it , which is a compulsive procedure for every participants. The office of UFETF imparts every trade group before July 5. Every trade group must submit all reference attended to the office of UETF. The office of UFETF will not guarantee offer the information of company in “enterprise list for UFETF” with the presupposition that enterprise postpone the “application form for fair” required by UFETF or provide unqualified information for the “application form for UETF”. After receiving applications of trade group, the office of UETF will officially impart information about payment and the confirmed position of booth to trade group and enterprise attended by the form of “confirmation attendance for UFETF”.The office of UFETF suggests that enterprise charactered by the negotiation or order products submit application attending UETF and the enterprise undertaking sale attend “ Domestic products Fair (clothes, house, car, communication, commodity)”which will hold from September 10 to September 18.
