Why are my User ID unaccepted?
one of reasons :
1.User ID must be unique .such as cb2e has been used ,you can choose cb2e2003 or cb2e123456 ,and that .
Bytes you enrolled are not standard . (4 bytes ---20 bytes)
Illegal mark you enrolled is not recognized.
The User ID just is compose of English word and Arabian number . system can not accept illegal mark such as @,*, spot . for example :sh cciec, shanghai ccier , ; shanghai@ccuec and that .
Why are my password unaccepted ?
one of reasons:
The Password length is not standard . (6 bytes--- 20 bytes)
The Illegal mark enrolled is unaccepted .
The Password must be composed of English word and Arabian number.
The Password you enrolled must be different with your User ID
How long valid ?
When you receive the firm email , you become the official attendant on line for whole year since opening date.
